I just finished reading The Book Thief,
emilysafe: Yes, my first time. I cried at the end. I was at work, how unfitting. As usual, I left it barely fifteen minutes before picking up another book (I’d brought a second one with me because I knew I was close to the end)… but now, I’m stuck. No other book compares. What to do? Read The Book Thief Again? Or perhaps just wait for the awe to melt away. At least a little. Nothing compares.
